From husband and wife teams with over 25 years of experience in the wine industry, to legendary and award-winning brewmasters, to a former Peace Corps Volunteer that took her husband, toddler, and newborn to the jungles of Costa Rica, where they befriended some local chocolate makers, and have now leveraged their own chocolate making expertise as a force for social good by empowering women farmers who lead the way in preserving ancient cacao cultivation. Supporting these women farmers directly contributes to gender equity and strengthens local communities. To the mother of 3 boys that has served in the United States Air Force and has supported over 70,000 other women and their families in 60 different countries to help naturally increase their milk supply and support their health through herbal products, all the while raising her family, to a former tech entrepreneur and mother of all boys that created the world's first ready-to-drink beverage brand made specifically for periods, perimenopause, and menopause, all the while quietly battling PMDD, a very severe, often debilitating form of PMS, to a Registered Dietician with a Master's Degree in Human Clinical Nutrition that created a whole-food nutritional product to help resolve her own hormonal imbalances and irregular periods, following her decision to stop taking birth control, to the mother of 5 children that is on a mission to help end period poverty by funding various menstrual health initiatives through the distribution of eco-friendly feminine hygiene products to communities in over 56 countries, and has helped divert more than 35 million pounds of waste from landfills and waterways through her sustainable and medical-grade reusable period care products.
