Yes. Your subscription is customizable. You can pause, add/edit products or cancel your subscription anytime.
We’ll send your first shipment out as soon as you order. Depending on your location, you will receive a delivery between 2-7 business days from the shipment date.
To cancel your subscription:
- log into your Cup of Chai account
- under the “subscriptions” tab click “edit” next to the product you’d like to cancel
- under the “product” section, click “cancel subscription”
We currently offer two subscription plans: Monthly and bi-weekly. Both plans get 10% off when you subscribe.
Consumable products are not returnable. Please do not ship or return any packages without prior notifications. All returns without prior approval will be discarded on receipt.

Please email us at hello@cupofchai.net with a photo of the damage, showing the item(s) are unusable, and we will ship you a replacement product free of charge.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with Cup of Chai, please email us at hello@cupofchai.net within 14 days of receiving your package and we will refund your purchase.
We try our best to fulfill all orders the same day they are received, so we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Orders with “Adult Signature Required” delivery service means that, the package must be received and signed for by a person at the delivery address that is verified, via government-issued photo identification, by the third-party courier service to be at least 21 years old.
Because Cup of Chai is only for people 21+, all Cup of Chai products (except merchandise) are shipped with “Adult Signature Required” delivery services that are required to be carried out by the third-party courier service
We use Roadie (a UPS company) and Sendle (shipping service). The cost of shipping will vary upon the size of the order. The final cost will be calculated at checkout.

No. Currently we are shipping only within a 100 mile radius of Buffalo New York, US only.
Persons 21+ can visit www.cupofchai.shop, shop away, add to cart, and complete an order at checkout if shipping is available to your state.
You do NOT need to refrigerate Cup of Chai beverages until you open it. We highly recommend chilling for the best sipping experience. Unopened products are good for 6 to 12 months.
